Sara has held senior roles across the higher education, nonprofit, and association management sectors, most recently serving as Director of Organizational Strategy and Transformation, where she led high-impact initiatives, large-scale change efforts, and cross-functional teams.
Sara holds an MA in Social Psychology and an MBA with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership. She is Scrum Agile, lean, and PMI certified and brings additional depth as a Prosci Change Management Practitioner. Her career reflects a commitment to continuous learning, thoughtful leadership, and mission-oriented impact.
